An evening of literature and music with Gudrun Beckmann-Kircher and Tania Pentcheva
The writer and narrater Gudrun Beckmann-Kircher performs tales, poems, notes and thoughts, which reflect many-sided facets of life. This comes about – serious and funny, rhythmic and chaotic, on top of the world or in the depths of despair – at the same time. Just like life goes. The diversified programme is made up of own and foreign texts.
Furthermore the audience can look forward to a special aural pleasure – the exquisite guitar playing of Tania Pentcheva. With lively presentation of works written by the composers Joaquín Rodrigo, Federico Moreno Torroba and Eduardo Sainz de la Maza the master of guitar playing accompanies the writer’s lyrics. Tania Pentcheva is laureate of notable international music awards and convinces her audience with her wide repertoire and as a brilliant interpreter of modern guitar literature.
